Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh gave a quick response to the letter he received from a pregnant woman, wife of a disable citizen, and ensured that she got free LPG connection under Ujjwala Yojana- the priority scheme of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Chief Minister mentioned about this letter he received from Pithora (Mahasamund district), in today's episode of his monthly radio programme 'Raman Ke Goth'. He said- Mrs. Tirith Bai Tarak of Pithora had written letter to him, after listening to Raman Ke Goth. She stated in the letter that her husband is physically disabled and she is pregnant. She couldn't even get her smart card issued. She requested for LPG connection under Ujjwala Yojana. I immediately directed Mahasamund Collector to take note of Mrs. Tirith Bai's grievance. Dr Raman Singh said- as she had writtern letter to me after listening Raman Ke Goth, I would like to mention that she has been provided both a smart card and an LPG connection. Now she won't have to burn wood for cooking and her medical expenses will be taken care of under smart card scheme. Dr Raman Singh also mentioned about another listener- Mr. Sammelal Kurre, a resident of village Pahanda Korba district, and said that Mr. Kurre has informed that school students are getting their caste, domicile and income certificated issued conveniently at the camps being held in panchayats.
