Raipur : Preparations for Mudra Protsahan Abhiyan begins : Financial Inclusion Camp to be held on October 3
Chief Secretary presides over the meeting of senior officials

State Government will be organizing financial inclusion camp on October 3 in capital city Raipur, under Central Government's Mudra Protsahan Abhiyan and on account of Pt Deendayal Upadhyay's Centenary year. This camp will be held at the conference hall of local Agrasen Dham. Chief Secretary Mr. Vivek Dhand today chaired a meeting of senior officials of the departments concerned at Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhavan) and reviewed the preparations for the camp. State-level Bankers Committee's representatives informed in the meeting that stalls of all the banks will be held in the camp, where the loan approval under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana will be processed. The successful beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana in state, who have begun with cashless transactions in their business, using Government of India's 'Bheem App', they will also be invited in the camp. Keeping in view the success of e-rickshaws financed by banks in capital city Raipur and district headquarters Dantewada, efforts will be made to get maximum number of e-rickshaws financed in the camp to be held in Raipur on October 3. Besides, people will also be informed about schemes like Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Beema Yojana, and others. Chief Secretary Mr. Vivek Dhand directed officials to especially invite representatives of Chamber of Commerce and public representatives. The meeting was attended by Principal Secretary Finance Department Mr. Amitabh Jain, Director Institutional Finance Dr Kamalpreet Singh, Collector Mr. OP Choudhary, SBI (CG, MP) Chief General Manager Mr. KT Ajeet and senior officials of NABARD, LIC and other related institutes and departments were also present.
